Deutz Amour de Deutz Brut Rose Millesime 2009 12% abv 37.5cl chianti poultry and fishThe rose version of Amour de Deutz has about 60% Pinot Noir, especially from Ay, and 40% Chardonnay. It is denser and more structured than the Blanc de Blancs but also has fragrant strawberry notes and a creamy finesse. Nose the nose combines delicate aromas of lightly stewed red fruits with subtle vanilla notes. Palate The palate seduces with its aromatic richness with intense notes of red fruits (strawberries, currants, blackcurrants). Velvety and
