Ramallah - Ramallah black Mwannas Thobe “Al-Tehshaya” and “Al-Laf”Area: Ramallah and Bireh Made of cotton and polyester with a silky touch, this thobe is embroidered in shades of red thread (hence the name of the thobe). The embroidery is done in the shape of 6 wide straight lines called Al orouq which means branches in Arabic and can be seen on the sides of the thobe Al Banayeq, repeated on the frontal and back areas of the thobe as well. The patterns are usually in the shape of birds, and can also be seen on the
