Soundgarden/Video Collection 1990-2013 David Bowie with the exception of AreA four piece band from Seattle, USA, that gained huge support in the alternative grunge scene. The original members at the time of formation in 1984 were Chris Cornell (vocals & guitar), Kim Thayil (guitar), Hiro Yamamoto (bass), and Scott Sundquist (drums). In 1986, the drummer was replaced by Matt Cameron, and the band debuted in 1988 with "Ultramega 0k". After some member changes, the band reached number one in the US with "Superunknown" in 1994.
