Made from fruit derived from Henry of Pelham's own vineyard Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with full maceration Aged in American oak barrels for 6 to 8 months (24% new oak) Perfect with barbecued meat, a variety of strong cheeses and cured meats and strawberries rolled in black pepper.
