Surly Tuggnut Kids Bike Comes with a saddle mountThe Surly Tuggnut (it's a tug nut) is designed for rear facing horizontal dropouts (otherwise known as track ends), like those found on the Surly ECR, or most track bikes. The body is investment cast in stainless steel for durability. Features a thumbscrew and two axle holes for a wide range of fore aft wheel positions. It'll work with both quick release and nutted axles. It has a built in bottle opener ; )
