Beginning in the wake of hurricanes Irene and Sandy, this artwork was made by tightly clasping a bunch of colored and graphite pencils held by both hands, drawing forcefully as a single moving multi lined force. The aim was to capture the very moment when clouds turn into rain. Works within this series have won Grand Prizes in two different international Drawing Triennials, and are found in many private
