NV Champagne Laborde Tandem Extra Brut Vallee d'Aoste It's 80% SangioveseLabordes "Tandem" is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, with 45% reserve wine from a perpetual reserve of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay going back to 2018. Only the first press juice is used for their bottlings. A seamlessly delicate rendition that delivers warm sun kissed flavors in an almost weightless package. Disgorged in October 2023 with a dosage of 6 g l. This is micro production Champagne; only about 1,800 bottles were produced.
