Vintage Mens 1950s British Rail Drivers Work Jacket Black Wool Workwear Coat 38"/40" corduroy with light wear & someA characterful vintage 1950s British Rail driver's work uniform jacket, made from black wool serge fabric. Cut in a traditional, rather Edwardian style (I daresay the pattern used had remained much the same for 50 years!), unstructured & unlined, with 4 button front, fairly high gorge with slim lapels, large patch pockets, especially the one on the chest, with internal reinforcing tapes. Fitted with bakelite or composition 'BR' moulded buttons; no
