Hojicha 4045 creating a refreshing and upliftingHojicha is a Japanese specialty. It is made in the same way as Sencha that it's steamed, dried, formed, but then roasted. The taste becomes ripe, soft and slightly sweet. Roasting removes much of the caffeine, it is common in Japan to drink it in the evening.
