Saffron is a painting created as part of The Spice Collection influenced by the beautiful earthy colours found in kitchens all over the world. I love to enhance the flavours of my cooking with aromatic spices and this flowed over into my painting where combinations of spice colours come together to harmonise and enliven the canvas. My aim
