Abundant intensity of lemon tart, roasted apple and apricot kernel notes are accented with brioche complexity from lees. A preserved lemon tartness rasps through the core of the wine, adding freshness and energy. A very linear acidic line maintains wonderful focus on this beautifully elegant Blanc de Blancs. (20% oak maturation on the vin clair).
