Made from 70% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 10% Carignan, aged 12 months in mostly old barrique, followed by 6 months in tank, it has medium to full bodied richness, a seamless, sexy, yet elegant texture, and terrific aromas and flavors of baking spices, truffle, kirsch and blackberry like fruit. This is a classy effort that does everything right. Drink it anytime over the coming 7 8 years.
