Orgo is the project of the Dakishvili family in Kakheti Gogi, the qvevri tradition torchbearer, alongside his son Temur, who brings youthful energy to a winemaking lineage older than most countries. Dila o is a 50 50 blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane fermented in qvevri (large clay vessels buried underground) with native yeasts and
