Lovely fragrance of pineapple and passion fruit underlaid with blossom honey, a bit tobacco, and a dark minerality. Medium body, balanced acidity, mineral, some oak savouriness, with white apple on the finish, a salty aftertaste, and citrus on the back palate. It is a fresh food wine.
