Its natural sugar and refreshing acidity blend harmoniously. Aerial and complex, this fruity wine is to be appreciated young, but can reveal itself graciously to the ones who wait. "Haut Lieu" is the estates first vineyard, purchased in 1928. Its 22 acres have the richest soils and, generally, yields the most precocious wines.
