Sylvain Bzikot, Meursault, 2022 NO GTIN with layers of black cherryThe Bzikot story begins with Sylvain's grandfather, who arrived in Burgundy from Poland before World War II and built an estate in the postwar years. For decades the family sold grapes to ngociants, but Sylvain began bottling under his own name in the 1990s, and in 2012 established his own project dedicated to terroir faithful wines from the Cte de Beaune. Working fifteen hectares across Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, Auxey Duresses, Volnay, and
