2013 Crystallum "Peter Max" Pinot Noir Hemel-en-Aarde Walker Bay Coming from premier cru vineyardsThe 2013 Peter Max Pinot Noir comes from three vineyards including a new vineyard Mabalel and is matured in 10% new oak. It has a generous, quite fleshy nose with red plum, mulberry and wilted rose petal aromas that show great detail. The palate is medium bodied with grainy tannins, crisp acidity, with an almost Beaujolais like exuberance and joie de vivre (implied in a positive sense think fine Moulin Vent.)
