Das Juice SSSB 2019 Varietal_Blanc de Blancs Anjou pear and tangerine pithHailing from Adelaide Hills, Das Juice SSSB 2019 is produced using 60% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Savagin. The grapes are crushed, left for a few days on skins to build phenolics then pressed to tank for a slow ferment. They are kept in tank on full lees for 6 months.
