Coming from his biodynamic vineyards in the schist rich slopes of Roussillon, this Grenache Blanc tastes sun soaked. It has a strong emphasis on purity of fruit. Ripe white peach sits with citrus and subtle herbal notes. It's soft, but layered textured and has bright acidity.
