Les Molletes Chardonnay 2023 strohmeier Muscaris and Souvignier GrisLieu dit Les Molates, assemblage of different parcels on Lias marls in Gevingey (2. 3ha), 35yo vines (on average) facing west. Aged in foudres with no batonnage, it was bottled in July the following year. This is a very well balanced wine, with zesty lemony fruit and is the first of the Marnes Blanches chardonnays to open out.
