This coffee is made of our a blend of our Guatemala Vista al Bosque and our Ethiopia Harrar. The cup has an incredibly balanced body with pleasant acidity throughout and great berry sweetness. It pairs with milk drinks extremely well, or works as a nice drip coffee. This is a combination of a washed and natural coffee with Bourbon, Caturra, and Heirloom varietals.
