The Tatsugo Gold Shochu Shochu_Buchweizen (Soba) The whiskey was distilled inTatsugo Gold is a Kokuto Shochu (brown sugar) that matures for at least ten years in three different barrels or containers and is then blended. The exact mixing ratio is top secret. This shochu is characterized by its special mildness, is elegant and complex with a beautiful fruitiness and subtle sweetness. Kokuto Shochu may only be produced on Amami Island, a group of islands located an hour's flight south of Kagoshima.
