It is cooked in Stone Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill, Screw Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1584 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80 proof).
