At one point, it had a mounting bracket which bolted to the firewall indicates that the horn was made between 1914 and 1915. The Nonpareil horn was connected to a bulb which was inside the cab of the Model T and was squeezed to emit the horn noise. As originally constructed, the opening of the horn had a screen which kept foreign particles from entering
