Their Domaine in Ambonnay is one of the loveliest and most well cared for in Champagne. For their Blanc de Noir they use 100% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyards, vinified in oak barrels and tuns, and then 33% reserve wine from a period of 40 different years. This Champagne is Extra Brut with a dosage of 5 gr litre. The date of disgorging is on the
