In a vacuum, Esper Sentinel might well be the better card, but Ive noticed a sharp increase in people paying for it in the short time its been at tables

I am going to rate this card a 3 out of 5 because even though you can switch out this card whenever, all the Deoxys cards still aren't that great, they are all just about average, also Deoxys' only move is about average for 3 energy cards, the average is probably 60 hp damage but since Fastwave isn't affected by weakness or resistance it will always do 50 damage
