In the latter case, since the door becoming unlocked is what causes the ability to trigger, effects that cause abilities that trigger when a permanent enters to trigger an additional time (such as that of Panharmonicon) won't apply

I do think its a little simple and relies too heavily on your opponents having creatures, but at the end of the day if they dont have any creatures to goad, youre going to be connecting with your dragons anyway, so who cares
