While Turbo decks can easily knock out the empowered Pokmon, some powerful decks like Dragapult ex and Charizard ex will be slowed down by this potent tool

Like I said in the strategy section of this post, this card is basically not usable as a starter type Pokemon since it only has 40 for HP, however, other than that, the card is pretty good, having a low retreat cost, and a pretty good move, that does good damage and is pretty quick
