While Dazzling Theater may seem a little expensive at 4 mana, the potential to build up massive turns where you cast huge spells for virtually free is what makes it a great jank brainstormer

Still, in a format without a big artifact theme, these artifacts that have tiny effects have been fairly underwhelming This is probably a little too clunky to be worth it

Being unique it is hard to compare directly to anything so it is fortunate it didn't qualify for this list, it can be powerful enough to have gotten a slot

The one exception is MOdo, the Gnarled Oracle, which is from the 2017 collection
