Overall I think this is a great release and if this is a sign of what's to come with Universes Beyond then I'm excited to see more

It doesnt exist alongside Madness, Threshold, or Delirium to turn its downside into a benefit, but it does follow in the footsteps of Standard powerhouse, Rotting Regisaur
