You can simply thread your needle, enjoy the stitching, then rinse away the markings. English instructions are included. In Japanese this small cloth we call a sampler is called a Hana Fukin, which means 'a useful household cloth'. The finished sashiko design will be 12" X 12" This sampler is available on white or navy. It is printed on Japanese sarashi momen cloth
