Living in a city has it's upsides but something I miss from where I used to live is how on a clear night I could step out my door with a cup of hot chocolate and look up at the Milky Way

Goal with this abstract artwork was to capture the feeling when you enter the month of love in the calendar and to experiment with textures to showcase that euphoric feeling while being in love and hence the heavy strokes used with earthy colors to encapsulate the emotions
