It has an appetising bouquet of red berry fruits, peppery spice and savoury nuances. On the palate, silky soft and rounded, neither too heavy nor too light, with pleasant persistence of flavour. Perfect pasta wine! Along the lines of a Valpolicella, it is crafted from a combination of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
