The pale colour, forward strawberry fruit and zingy finish make this the solution for any sunny occasion, but there is hidden depth here. Subtle spice notes and a juicy mid palate make it ideal for spiced food; its cleansing acidity and stony texture pair very well with all sorts of summer foods.
