1907 Sidesaddle Hunting or Cutting Whip by Owen - w1691 gaucho Weight 1lb 9¼oz (712g)This long slim whip has a staghorn or antler hook shaped handle. It has a silver collars hallmarked London 1907 and stamped "Owen & Co., Mount St., London". Owen & Co were a company of saddlers famous for their side saddles. The collar is also engraved "Ethel". The long tapering whalebone shaft is covered in braided thread. The whip has a replacement small open leather keeper or loop with a cord lash at its end Dimensions : Staghorn : 4" (11cm) Length
