Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin 70cl Iced Teas oak spice and tobaccoUkiyo Japanese Gins are born in Kagoshima in the shadow of the majestic Sakurajima volcano. Using over 100 years of distilling heritage, Ukiyo Blossom Gin begins with a harvest of barley. This is inoculated with Black kji, fermented and then distilled into a traditional Japanese pot still shch spirit. This shch spirit is then redistilled in another pot still with juniper, mandarin and coriander before the final infusion of cherry blossom. The result
