Gorgeous, complex aromas of apple sauce with cinnamon, apricot jam, marmalade, hay bales and green Chartreuse. Sweet and tangy on the palate, with quite amazing delicacy and refinement. Wonderful flavours of bergamot, witch hazel and mint, and a slight drying tannin effect that helps balance the sweetness. An exceptional wine.
