I revisited Luxembourg in May 2017, year of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, on a project prepared by H. E. Ms Batrice Kirsch, Ambassador of Luxembourg to Japan. Her intention was to show how Luxembourg had changed since 1999. This time, I felt more strongly the comfort Ive already felt travelling in this country for the
