Vintage Mexican "Chihuahua" Style Charro Spurs - Spur559 aug25 Length 31½" (80cm)Weight 160g (5½oz)This is a pair of matching spurs. They are made of iron or steel, with a dark colour and some surface oxidation, but the surface is stable. They probably date from the early 20th Century. Each has a large eight pointed rowel which still turns. The heel bands are quite wide. One side of each spur has silver overlay in diagonal lines .
