Antique French jewellery casket, ormolu box Engraved gold The brooch has a CA stunning antique French jewellery casket. 19th century, it is made from ormolu otherwise known as gilt bronze and has gorgeous faceted cut glass sides and lid. The Jewellery box has a tufted silk base internally and stands elevated on four feet. It is beautifully decorated with flora, scrolls and horns and fastens with a small scrolled lip.
