Small Batch Vinegar shellfish then transform it into aGinger Lemongrass IPA Vinegar was inspired by our collaboration with Black Pug Brewing and captures the bright, citrusy essence of lemongrass balanced with the warm spice of ginger and a touch of malty sweetness. Similar to lime juice but with greater depth, it offers a clean, vibrant flavor. We added more fresh ginger from local farms during the vinegar fermentation to really pack in the flavor. Assertively ginger flavored, citrusy, clean, and
