In the Natural Process, coffee cherries are left on the seeds to be fermented and dried on raised beds in direct sun. This process creates floral and fruity flavors. After ten years of coffee roasting, we finally made it to Ethiopia. Most of our travels are to Latin America, as it is more accessible and closer in proximity.
