This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on the steep, south facing slopes of the Mont Damns vineyard, where the vines, averaging 45 years of age, thrive in Kimmeridgian limestone soils. In the glass, it shows bright notes of citrus and crisp orchard fruit, defined by a saline mineral
