While this card may not technically be part of the Classic Collection set list, its definitely part of the unofficial Celebrations Master list, and will always be associated with that incredible set thanks to the fact you can only get it from the Celebrations Ultra Premium Collection box set.

It turns any dead late-game draws into more pings with The Destined Black Mage, even if the effect it has on resolution is admittedly minimal

This also goes really well into the deal one damage plans too, and thats enough appeal across the genres for this to stay out of the bulk bin, and I would expect this to pop back up and get expensive when the attention gets high
