Beautiful warm yellow cotton with print in blue, burgundy and darker yellow. Fitted sleeveless bodice with collared v neck and small covered buttons to the front. Fitted waistband with matching long tie belt. Skirt is full and sewn in wide neat pleats to the waistband. Popper buttons hidden under the front pleats below waist. No labels. I pretty sure this is
