Friendship Lamps are put through a very intense inspection process. Making sure all parts are properly working, level, pretty, and in perfect condition. It isn't very often but every once and a while we have one that has a tiny scratch or slight blemish to the design. (We've had a talk with the employee in the warehouse that had buttery popcorn for lunch that day). The lamp is in perfect working
