Jose Cuervo Tequila Classico (Silver) 70cl Fish Our recipe uses soft redJose Cuervo Silver is crystal clear non aged tequila. The ingredients used to create this transparent tequila are the freshest clean agave plants from Jalisco, the heat of the Mexican sun and the minerals from the iconic shadow casting volcano. The agave plant is still hand selected, pruned, slow baked, pressed and distilled but they leave out the ageing part in oak barrels to give it a cleaner, lighter and crisper taste.
