Two lugs to reverse. Unmarked but made by Tiptaft. The 14th Reserve Battalion was formed by the amalgamation of the 108th Bn., 179th Bn. and the 226th Infantry Battalion under command of Lieutenant Colonel J. R. Snider, supplying reinforcements to the 16th Bn. and 43rd Infantry Battalions. During the period of its operations the 14th Reserve Battalion absorbed the 174th Infantry
